Joseph T. Zanger has been licensed since 2003 and attended the Nashville School of Law. Joe has practiced family, probate and criminal law for over twenty years and serves as the Municipal Court Judge for White House, Tennessee. In recent years, Joe has had immense success in “Will Challenges” (an area of probate law that involves extensive litigation) and he can often be found in his office on Saturday mornings reading over the latest case law. Joe continues to maintain a large presence in the firm’s family and criminal law matters and is accepting new clients.
When not in court or in his office, Joe spends his time as the Commissioner of the Middle School Forensics League and continues to coach the middle school forensics team at St. Joseph School in Madison, Tennessee, where his children attended school. Joe also enjoys taking his golden retriever “Arthur” on walks on the nature trail in White House and writing his morning Facebook blog, “Morning Joe.”
Clare A. Zanger has been licensed since 2021 and attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While originally planning to practice law in Michigan, she could not pass up the opportunity to practice law with her Father, Joseph T. Zanger, and moved back to Nashville in 2021. Clare primarily focuses on criminal defense, juvenile and family law. Clare was a member of “Teen Court” a local program in Sumner County, Tennessee that is overseen by the Juvenile Judge and now volunteers with the program as a practicing attorney. Clare credits this program with her interest in juvenile and criminal law and she maintains a strong presence in both courts. Clare is currently accepting new clients.
When not in court, in her office or with her laptop in Starbucks, Clare can be found riding and caring for her horse. Clare volunteers her free time with the teen court program in Sumner County, Tennessee and assists with the St. Joseph forensics team.
At Zanger Law Firm, we view our clients as neighbors, understanding that what may seem like a small legal problem to some is a significant issue for you.
